3. Who Can See Your Survey Information

The information you share in the coaching survey is treated as confidential. It is not shared with anyone outside the UnderForge team except where disclosure is required by law.

Within UnderForge, access is limited to the people who need it to review your application and assess the suitability of support for you. We do not sell your data, publish it, or share your application answers with other applicants, partner brands, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.

Your survey information is used only for the coaching application and suitability assessment described in this policy.

We may use trusted technical providers to host the website, store form submissions, and operate our communications. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to run the application process.
